The Moline clinic hosts about 7,000 people per year, Barton said. Of these, 86 percent have incomes below the federal poverty line, and 13 percent have private insurance.

The Moline clinic employs 27 physicians, medical professionals and staff members. It is located between 4th and 5th avenues, at the western gateway to the city.
